Celebrate with Winter Nights – a special dining experience at Slane Castle this November and December 
With an opportunity to book an overnight stay with our Castle Collection.
The evening begins with a Slane Whiskey Cocktail, a delicious concoction and the perfect aperitif. There’s nowhere quite like Browne’s Bar with a theme of Slane rock concerts and the memorabilia from 40 years of high profile concerts make mesmerising reading. If these walls could talk, they’d tell some stories!
The Winter Nights menu is a celebration of local and organic food, much of it sourced from our own organic Rock Farm keeping food miles to a minimum. It has been designed by Head Chef Yasmina Bustillo Diez who delights in the quality of produce and creating dishes from it. Boyne Valley Farmhouse Cheese, Rock Farm Organic Dexter Beef and vegetables all make an appearance. You are assured of a sumptuous feast in the classy surroundings of the Gandon Room Restaurant. For non-meat eaters, a vegetarian option is available.
Winter Nights is a limited series of dining events on Friday 17th / Saturday 18th November and on Thursday 7th/ Friday 8th & Saturday 9th December.

Places are strictly limited so advance booking is essential. The cost is €75 per head. Dietary requirements must be flagged in advance. Overnight packages are also available.
